Following up on results once tests are done is of utmost importance. With this in mind, please contact the surgery, 2 weeks after your test, using the form below and a member of our clinical team will revert to you either via text or phone to discuss said results.

If you have not done so already, please give permission to contact you via text by completing the consent form here.

Please note, results of tests ordered by consultants do not routinely come back to the surgery.
